The Concept is good but the Room we had was very tired . The staff then took my Debit card to open a Tab but never returned the Card when I went to the Bar it was in a folder which anyone could have taken sitting on the counter. When I said I wanted the Card back the staff member wasn't very happy. But anyone could have taken any card without too much effort. Very poor customer service won't be hurrying back
