I bought two Audis from this place in the past. I needed a part for one of them some time later. They would not answer their phone for three days, automated said busy with others, asking me to email . So, I decided to go in and get the part. I stood there for 45 minutes waiting for somebody to asked me if I needed any help. I stood right at the parts counter! No one behind the counter, staff walking past me several times. I went off on everybody in the lobby I will never see me in there again!
