I stumbled upon The Santa Barbara Smokehouse, Inc. a while back, and it was one of the best discoveries I've made. Their smoked salmon is out of this world! The taste is incredibly rich and the quality is unmatched. I can't go back to regular salmon after trying theirs. Highly recommended!
