With the help of folks at Vertex we finally were able to resolve our issue. I thank the team at Vertex for handling the problem.

This organization has very poor customer service. Failure to acknowledge emails, never call back. Deliberately ignore corrective actions. They have signaled that they do not serve the community just the board.
