The po-boys from Short Stop are always on point. I love that they have a good selection of vegetarian options as well. Their mushroom and Swiss po-boy is my favorite. The mushrooms are perfectly sautéed and the Swiss cheese adds a nice creaminess to the sandwich. Highly recommend trying it!
