We hired this company to design a small project building out a retail space in an existing building. We were told that the plans would be complete in January 2020. Here it is October and the plans are still not complete. The have been dishonest and unresponsive whenever we contact them with a new excuse everyday.

I would hate to see how they handle a large complex project.
