Very upset to say I will never buy or have my car ...

Very upset to say I will never buy or have my car serviced with Dimmitt EVER again. I have purchased 3 vehicles here 2 Cadillac CTS V's and 1 LR4. Back in March 2021 I was looking to buy an Aston Martin Vantage and I worked with Nick High there was some new ones there but in the wrong color for me and one used one that was the correct color but the interior was a bit beat up and there was an odor in the car I didn't like so I wasn't able to buy from Dimmitt this time but I shopped there first. I then went home and looked online and found one that was the right fit at Orlando Aston Martin and I drove all the way there and bought the car. I ended up purchasing a new Vantage. Over the past month i've had a handful of problems with my new car and approx 2 weeks ago I called Dimmitt service to make an appointment to service my car there and no one answered the phone or returned my call after I left a message. Then about a week later I called again no answer left a second messaged and few days later a pleasant lady named Claudette called me back and I explained all the things wrong with my car and that I would definitely need a loaner car as I'm alone with my son who is in school and that I help my mother often. Claudette took my info and said she would call me back. About an hour later I get a call from her informing me that per John McCurdy that because I didn't buy my car from them that I'm not a priority for a loaner vehicle!!! I was floored. I had purchased 3 cars there and even shopped there first for my Aston but they didn't have in stock what I desired! They still make money from my service! I'm disgusted by this info. Dimmitt you have just lost a great customer!!!
