Let me be the first to say, I have read all the bad reviews of these guys, and I don't doubt it at ALL!!!! Today I had a rep named Jim tell me that I was not allowed to remove my PMI even though I dropped $5200 in order to do so. I couldn't live with that answer so I called back and I got an angel by the name of Danielle, hope I'm spelling it right. She was amazing. She told me he was totally wrong, saw my payment, dropped my PMI, told me to wait the 30 days, informed me of a shortage due to my insurance going up, offered to redirect some of the overage of my $5200 dollar payment to cover the $390 in shortage. I paid the shortage out of my pocket, and she dropped that. She gets it!!!!! I hope the management sees the jewel they have with her. I can't say enough good things about her!!! She truly is a blessing in a pit of deception. Thank you Danielle.
