I cannot reach a human being in the Loss Mitigation department. I submitted paperwork to get off of the COVID-19 forbearance and apply for a loan modification. I cannot get to anyone to check on the status of my documents or even respond to my emails. I have been in the mortgage servicing industry for 16 years and cannot fathom how it is this difficult to get a hold of someone.
