I've tried various Pilates studios in the area, but Pilates On Mercer LLC is by far my favorite. The instructors are highly skilled and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in excellent condition. The classes are challenging but also allow for modifications, making them accessible to all fitness levels. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommended!
