I recently used Holidayduniya.com for booking my trip to India. The website was user-friendly and had a wide range of options to choose from. The booking process was smooth, and I received my confirmation email promptly. However, I did not find the customer service to be very helpful when I had a query. The overall experience was good, but I expected better customer support.
