I have been a customer of James Boyd And Associates, Ltd. for several years now, and I must say that their services are simply average. While they have a good range of products and competitive prices, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The representatives often seem disinterested and I have had multiple instances where my inquiries were not properly addressed. However, I will continue using their services for now, as I haven't found a better alternative yet.
