🙂 The service provided by Sussex County FCU has been satisfactory. I have been a customer for a couple of years now, and while I appreciate the convenience of their online banking and low fees, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time for inquiries can sometimes be lengthy and the staff could be more attentive. However, overall, I find Sussex County FCU to be a decent financial institution.
