I had a terrible experience with Link Federal Credit Union. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they didn't seem to care about resolving my issues. Their website is outdated and clunky, making it difficult to navigate and access important account information. I would not recommend Link Federal Credit Union to anyone.
