I have been a customer of Health Imperatives for several years now and I must say that their services have been consistently average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there are times when I feel like they could do more to meet my expectations. Overall, I find their website easy to navigate and their online resources quite useful. However, there have been instances where I have experienced delays in receiving responses to my queries. I appreciate the effort they put into their work, but I believe there is room for improvement.
