I had a mixed experience with It happened to alexa fndtn. While their website, ithappenedtoalexa.org, was easy to navigate, I did not find their services to be exceptional. There were some issues that needed to be addressed. However, they were responsive to my concerns and tried to resolve them. Overall, I have a neutral opinion about this company.
