Marvin was great. Said it would be 11/2 hr for oil...

Marvin was great. Said it would be 11/2 hr for oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours I checked on my car. It was still in the service dock.
Everything was fine except the 2 hour wait...for an oil change? I even had an appointment
