Rochester parkour is a great place to learn and practice parkour. The trainers are skilled and the community is welcoming. They offer a wide range of classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I've enjoyed every class I've attended and I'm looking forward to continuing my training at Rochester parkour.
