I had an average experience with a hazardous material cleanup service. The company I used, Hazstat, did a decent job cleaning up the contamination at my property. However, I felt that their communication could have been better. It took a bit longer than expected to schedule the appointment, and there were a few misunderstandings during the process. Overall, they got the job done, but I think there is room for improvement in their customer service.
