I had a mixed experience with Walsh Service Group. While their customer service was excellent and the technician was knowledgeable, the actual repair took longer than expected. However, they did provide a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I would still recommend Walsh Service Group for their expertise in HVAC systems.
