I have been using Ma-edv gmbh services for a while now and I must say they are average. The company website (ma-edv.com) is good and user-friendly. However, their customer service can be improved. The response time is slow, and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but they definitely have room for improvement.
