I've been banking with Sparkasse Lüneburg for a while now and I'm really satisfied with their services. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always provide quick and efficient assistance. The online banking platform is easy to use and offers all the necessary features. However, I would appreciate it if they could improve their mobile app. Other than that, I have no complaints. Great bank overall!
