As a customer of North ms grapevine, I must say that their service is average. The overall experience was okay, nothing exceptional or outstanding. The staff was friendly but not particularly attentive. The food was decent, but it didn't wow me. I expected better quality for the price. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but not something I would rave about.
