I had a mixed experience with the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence. While their website was easy to navigate and provided useful information, I found that their customer service was lacking. I had a few questions about their programs and it took a long time to get a response. I appreciate their efforts to improve education in California, but I believe they need to work on their communication with stakeholders. Overall, I would rate them as average.
