I have mixed feelings about Baldy Beanbag. On one hand, their beanbags are comfortable and stylish, but on the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took a while for them to resolve it. However, once it was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would say Baldy Beanbag is an okay company.
