Mr. Acosta has been absolutely outstanding in providing assistance above and beyond our ordinary expectations. Our family has a number of Mercedes vehicles; and frankly, we have had good service and accommodating service providers throughout our years of experience. However, Mr. Acosta has provided extraordinary additional assistance when we had a broken wheel resulting from a road hazard and he has promised to assist with finally getting a replacement for the defective and hazardous Takata Airbag that is standard equipment in our 2011 E550 Convertible - something that Mercedes has not been able to accomplish even after we were notified of the defective part going on three long years ago. His efforts have not yet been successful; however, I am sure that he is continuing to overcome whatever obstacles are placed in his way by those with competing economic considerations.
