How hard is it too serve a coffee and scone at the same time, impossible here - 4 floor staff too busy to serve at 11.30 in the morning when it was not all that busy!
Had to inquire where my scone was 5 minutes after getting coffee, when it came it was wrong type, took forever to get service to get correct order, then my coffee was cold, needed that replaced, staff too busy with noses in air, had to go counter to ask barista to reheat it - thought my scone was going to go stale waiting for coffee -
it was infuriating, especially when the scones were less than 2meters away from me!!!!!!
all in all if I could give no stars I would!
