I'm generally a fan of Ace Hotels but on my recent trip I had a tiny room, the AC didn't work (room temp was about 83F), and the TV didn't work. This made for a fairly uncomfortable stay. I'll plan on coming back but will be more selective on rooms and check for non-functional room amenities.

Food and drinks onsite are excellent, including room service. I was also impressed with front desk service. I was running late for an event when I checked in, and they brought my bags up to the room for me.
