I had mixed feelings about PointTunes. On one hand, their website was visually appealing and easy to navigate. On the other hand, I encountered some technical issues while streaming music. The customer service was helpful in resolving the problems, but it was still a frustrating experience. Overall, I would rate PointTunes as average.
