Only giving 2 stars because our experience last year was great. Today, however, I had a couples massage scheduled for my mom and I. I got a phone call from the spa this morning saying our appointment would need to be moved or cancelled due to a therapist having a family emergency. I know things happen but this was a gift for my mom for mother s Day and I live out of town. Also will not get my money back for 7-10 days. The woman on the other end of the phone was not remorseful at all. Very disappointed in this place.
