I recently interacted with a company providing a range of services similar to Metadata. While I appreciate what Metadata Japan offers, I was left wanting more after my experience with them. The website was easy to navigate and find information on. However, their customer support left much to be desired. I encountered difficulties reaching a representative, and when I did, the responses were slow and unhelpful. Nonetheless, the overall quality of their products and services was satisfactory. They have room for improvement, but they are on the right track.
