I've been taking yoga classes at integralyogasf.org for a few months now and I am extremely pleased with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions throughout the class. The studio is spacious and has a calming atmosphere. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!
