I had a mixed experience with Kogent systems, llc. While their website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information, their customer support was disappointing. It took them a long time to respond to my queries and when they did, the solutions provided were not satisfactory. Overall, I would say Kogent systems, llc is average at best.
