My husband and I purchased our first car a few weeks ago from Toyota Knoxville. We were searching for a Subaru Crosstrek and I found one online at their dealership. I have a friend who works there so I messaged him to see if it was available and we went to go see it the same day. Brad was our salesman and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The car had just arrived recently and had not been serviced yet so we did not get to take it home the day we purchased it (which was on a Friday). We still had not heard anything Sunday so my husband called Brad Monday morning and he was very prompt in making sure we got the car that day. He personally sped up the process and even offered to deliver to us. When we went to pick it up the car had new tires and a full tank of gas. We are thankful for the way our first car buying experience was! Thank you!
