I have been using First biometrics for a few month...

I have been using First biometrics for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. While I find their website easy to navigate and their products are decent, there is nothing outstanding about them. The customer support is responsive but not exceptional. Overall, I would say it is a good company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
