I have been a customer of Omega motion for several years and I must say their products and services are average. The quality is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, their customer support could be improved. They often take a long time to respond to inquiries and sometimes the answers provided are not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Omega motion as an average company.
