They fed me all this BS about protecting her legal rights and patient confidentiality, only to find out that the doctor she had an appointment with called out sick, and she was sent away without treatment. Are you kidding me? Kaiser was more concerned with the patient confidentiality than giving actual medical treatment. Make it right Kaiser.
