Wilbur's is fortunate to have Frankie as a manager. She is kind, energetic and willing to go out of her way to ensure her customers are taken care of. I notified her of my medical condition that prevented me from wearing a mask and she explained that while she could not allow me to shop maskless indoors, curbside was an option. I agreed but had to call the store after issues with ordering online. Frankie personally filled my order and met me at the door to deliver the goods with advice to download their app next time. That human connection and care is more important now than ever and Frankie is the sole reason I choose to continue my business with Wilbur's.
