I recently purchased some antique furniture from a website. The overall experience was good, but I had a few concerns. The website itself was easy to use, and the selection of items was decent. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Nonetheless, I received the furniture in good condition and was happy with the quality. I would consider buying from them again, but I hope the customer service improves.
