Had a very good experience with Jesse and Niles. I checked out a lot of Toyota dealers (4) and they were the most honest and up front and clearly wanted to earn my business. Niles stayed committed to the deal and even when we had a very bizarre experience with the Finance guy who stated twice he "Wasn't feeling it" and couldn't explain why our payment was $20 higher than it was supposed to be, Niles stepped in and took over and fixed it all. They earned our business for sure! They also beat the dealer 10 mins from us by 5K!
