having had a atlas l/l pan supplied and fitted i found it was incorrect model and not fit for purpose. after sending photos and description i was told by lecici it was correct. after visiting other building merchants i found i was right so called the plumber back all he said was OOOHH.
so after buying a correct model paying to have it fitted i was quite pleased .but very disappointed with the after sales,and customer service, as they just fobbed me of and i had to do my own research into their products.all i can say is thank you for no help whatsoever.
anyone buying W C PAN Model ASWHLLPA in the last few months check
they have the right model.
