I recently used this design firm for a project, and I found their website to be well-designed and user-friendly. However, I was hoping for a more personalized approach to my project. The communication was a bit lacking, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. On the positive side, the final design they delivered was good quality and met my requirements. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. I believe there is potential for improvement in terms of customer engagement and project management. 😐
