I recently purchased a home security system from their website. The installation process was straightforward, and the equipment is reliable. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a few questions about the system, and it took multiple attempts to get a clear answer. The mobile app is user-friendly, but there is room for improvement in terms of functionality and design.
