We recently sold our house and bought another house with the help of Azim and the amazing team at Minmaxx in Milton, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. It continues to be a great experience dealing with them. From the time we first contacted them to the time our house was sold after receiving multiple offers well over asking, it was just a matter of a few days. Everyone from the stager to the photographer was very professional, prompt and helpful.
It was a last minute decision to sell but Azim give us so much confidence by going over all the statistics and then executed the plan perfectly and we knew we were in very good hands from the start. He made himself available 24x7 to answer any questions or to help expedite things.
When handling the offer meetings, Azim was very fair with all the realtors, but was also very shrewd in negotiating the record setting price for our house.
He also took the trouble to come with us to Huron County to help us buy our new home, and he and his team go above and beyond to ensure you get the best deal.
I know for a fact we would never have been able to pull this off as efficiently and effortlessly by ourselves or with anyone else.
We continue to recommend Azim and team to all our friends and family, and this is the best compliment we can provide.
