I have been a customer of Edge for com for several years now, and I can say with confidence that they are an average company. Their products are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service could be better as well, as I have encountered some difficulties when trying to get assistance. Overall, not a bad company, but not outstanding either.
