I was attracted by the way they handled my phone call inquiring about a Business Card printing service. I had to pay extra to get them done in TWO days instead of TEN. Exactly 130% more than the original price. And on the day of delivery, not only that they were late, but they were printed out of alignment, or cut to the wrong grid.
My issue is being handled, I will update my review after receiving my cards (the second time)

It's too bad I can't give them ZERO stars. Highly incompetent.
Mr. Haitham Sabra is a lier and loves wasting my time.
After having agreed to pick my newly printed cards the next day, I show up and he's trying to sell me the same bad copy they had the day before. Saying "you didn't give me enough time" and actually threatening to falsely testify agains my review.
That is what professionals do!
Zero customer service.
Zero product quality.
Zero ethics.
Learned my lesson. Never again, Qabass.
