Nice comfortable hotels but sometimes room service...

Nice comfortable hotels but sometimes room service don't clean the stains from cups or toothpaste away properly. Night time food service is average, I tried to order food at 10pm but they never answered the phone, I had to call reception to put the order through even though I was at reception 5min earlier trying to order food while I was there on my way back from being out
