I recently had the opportunity to work with Saddle Point Science Ltd and I must say that the experience was average. The company website, saddlepointscience.com, provided all the necessary information about their services and products. However, I found their customer support to be lacking at times. The response time to my queries was slower than expected and I had to follow up multiple times to get the required assistance. Overall, my experience with Saddle Point Science Ltd was satisfactory but not exceptional.
