I recently purchased a product from Dean & Smedley, Ltd and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The product arrived within a reasonable time frame and was of good quality. However, the customer service could have been better. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 rating.
