I have been a customer of Artesa for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The customer service is satisfactory, but there are times when I have had to wait for a long time to get assistance. The website is user-friendly, and the online banking experience is convenient. However, I feel that the interest rates offered by Artesa are not very competitive compared to other banks in the market. Overall, Artesa is an okay bank to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
